Katie's extensive 10+ year career in the world of staffing spans various industries and countries, having worked and lived in the UK, Singapore, and China before joining amge+ late in 2016. She has a genuine love of meeting people and finding out what makes them tick, hence why a career in recruitment beckoned.
Her diverse background covers recruitment, marketing, and promotions, and it is her experience in sourcing, interviewing, training and managing staff for high volume temporary assignments which will give amge+ the edge in building a larger and higher quality candidate network whilst assisting the team in managing a larger group of client relationships.
Katie specialises in utilising databases to drive efficiencies in communication with candidates, and greater levels of interaction in a large and diverse market, such as the Finance & Accounting industry in Melbourne.
In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring the parks and beaches of Melbourne with her active young family, as well as getting away to the surrounding Victorian countryside for camping & beach house holidays with friends, good food & wine.
